Our PCB factory is principally engaged in the manufacturing of high density single sided, double sided and printed circuit board manufacturing up to 12 layers. Established in 1977 in Hong Kong, our PCB capabilities has grown to a powerful workhorse of over 600 experienced and skilled technicians and engineers.

Quality Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing

 After the pattern is made on the board by either the screen or pen, the circuit board is bathed in an etching solution. All the copper that is not covered by the etch-resistant coating is dissolved. This leaves only the circuit conducting material left.

A newer process of printed circuit board manufacturing involves ultra-violet light, which sensitizes the areas on the circuit boards not have resist paint on them. Modern screen techniques -- assisted by CAD (Computer Aided Design) programs -- output very small and complex lines on the "master" pattern. The places that will accept components later in the manufacturing process are carefully laid out with exacting measurements.
